We should note that Lou's number is not toll-free. If Lou's not there and her machine answers, EITHER:

• Leave your name and number so that Lou can call you back, OR
• Give your order to the machine. If you do this, please leave the following info:
  1. Your Selections. Choose from THE LIST, below
  2. Your name.
  3. Your address (street, city, state, zip). (Also the shipping address, if it's different).
  4. Your phone number.
  5. Your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card number.
  6. Your 3-digit CARD VERIFICATION CODE (What's THAT?)
  7. The expiration date.
  8. Your total cost, to be billed to your card.
